At We Ar Uneek UK, we’re committed to delivering exceptional quality in embroidery and printing. This policy explains your rights and our approach when it comes to returns and refunds.
1. Customised & Personalised Items (Embroidery, Printing, DTF)
These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced by us.
To avoid delays or issues, please check all details—spelling, logos, colours, garment type, size—before confirming your order.
If we have made an error or the item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
2. Plain / Non-Customised Items
Standard, non-personalised garments can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as per UK consumer law.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Send clear photos and your order number to sales@wearuneek.co.uk.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
Delivery charges are only refundable if the item was faulty or sent in error.
5. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges on customised items due to their bespoke nature.
For plain items, if an exchange is needed, please return as eligible and place a new order.

7. How to Request a Return
Email info@wearuneek.co.uk with your order number, details, and photos (if relevant).
We will confirm eligibility and next steps swiftly.
If approved, you’ll receive instructions to return the item to our Manchester address.
